Our story began in 2015, but our family roots in Spanish real estate go back to 1983. Founder Olivier Roper initially trained as an API (Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria) — Spain's official real estate qualification.
While studying, he discovered his passion for the legal side of property transactions and went on to complete a law degree at University of Barcelona and a Master's in Madrid.
After training at a top law firm, Olivier founded Roper Lawyers, focusing exclusively on property law for foreign buyers and sellers. Today, we are a boutique team that combines deep legal knowledge with practical real estate insight — a unique advantage for our clients.
