British born and educated, Rachel has lived and worked in Lanzarote since 2006.
She is often the first point of contact for our clients - managing official documents, providing full support with all aspects of property transactions, monitoring regular updates as well as coordinating with notaries, registries, and local authorities.
Her understanding of the complexities of the Spanish legal, financial and bureaucratic system coupled with her linguistic skills enables her to best communicate the requirements of the law to our international clients. As an integral member of the team she shares in our aim to give a friendly, professional and trustworthy service to each and every one of our clients.
